  • What are the differences in your paper stock choices?

    We only offer the highest quality of paper. We use a premium textured paper stock at 300gsm for our invitations, table numbers, place names, menu cards and order of service. Table plan and welcome signs are printed onto a matt finish and mounted onto 10mm foam board to ensure the boards are rigid.
  • I've printed out my proof and the colour looks different than I expected. Should I be concerned?

    The way your design proof appears on a computer screen or printout at home is generally a good representation of your final design. However, monitors and printers are sometimes calibrated differently and can cause the colours and final sizing to appear skewed on your screen or printout at home.   • Are you able to create my designs in another language?

    Absolutely! We ask that you provide the text in the language you require.
  • How long will it take to produce and ship my order?

    Printing and production times can vary depending on the products you choose and number of items you order. Here is a guide to our production and shipping times:

  • Do you proof-read my designs before printing begins?

    Once you approve your designs, an InviteMe designer will ensure the proper set-up for print production. However, we do require you to 'Sign Off' on your chosen text and images to confirm all spelling and details are final.
  • How many extras should I order?

    Great question - this depends on the item you're ordering. For save-the-dates and invitation suites, we recommend ordering 15-20 extras. It's always worth having a few keepsakes for you and your family and in case your guest list grows (this happens more often than you think!). Gentle reminder: you don't need to order an invitation for every person on your guest list. Remember to group them by couples, families or households.
  • I've placed my order. What happens next?

    Once your order is placed, we immediately start processing it. We understand that organising an event can be stressful and time-consuming, so our system is designed to be as seamless as possible. First, we will send your design(s) in an email to review and approve. Once we have your go-ahead, it will pass through our very own quality control process. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with complete order details and tracking number(s).
  • Do you keep my information?

    Yes - your name, email address, billing and delivery information (when applicable) is securely stored in our database with SSL 128-bit encryption, the industry standard encryption method. This information is available for future orders when logging in so that you do not have to re-enter it when you come back and shop with us.
  • Do you offer any express or rush order options?

    Where there's a will, there's a way! We offer rush productions for an additional charge. We also offer express shipping and international shipping for an additional charge. Please contact hello@invite-me.co.uk for further details.
  • How do I check the status of my order?

    We're glad you asked. We will also send you notifications via email to keep you in the loop at all times.
  • May I cancel my order?

    It's okay to have a change of heart. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. The amount paid will be refunded in the original form of payment within 7 working days. However, once we begin designing your stationery we are unable to cancel your order.
  • How do I order more after I have placed my order?

    If you'd like to change a quantity on an order placed within 24 hours, please email hello@invite-me.co.uk.
  • Is shopping on your website safe and secure?

    Invite Me uses SSL, the industry standard encryption method, along with authentication tools to protect the security of your personal information shared with us. For your ultimate protection, we never store your full credit card number in your online account. You will be prompted to confirm this information each time you place an order. We handle your payment with utmost care and have the securest measures in place to assure that your privacy is protected. We will never share your personal information with others except for the purposes set forth in our Privacy Policy.
  • When will my order be ready to ship?

    Your order will be shipped once all products have met our quality-approval process and packaged by the Invite Me team. We will send you an email with your tracking number the moment it has left InviteMe HQ and is on the way to you.
  • How will my order be shipped?

    Orders ship via DPD at your preferred speed chosen during the checkout process.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    The combination of production time and shipping speed will determine how long it will take for your order to arrive. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email including complete tracking information.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We love working with our global clientele and are happy to ship your order via FedEx from London, UK. Shipping rates and schedules are determined by weight of the complete package and the delivery location.?Please note: Customers outside of the UK may be liable for customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer checkout with PayPal.
  • My payment was declined. Why?

    If your order was declined this typically means that details of your order do not match the method of payment. Your payment method has not been charged. An incorrect billing address or even a typo in the payment information will cause an order to be declined.
  • What is your privacy policy?

    Our client's privacy is our top concern. We will not sell or otherwise distribute your email, phone number or contact information. Please read the full policy here.
  • What is your exchange or return policy?

    Due the custom nature of InviteMe orders, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds after 24 hours of an order.
